Due to the hot and dry weather parts of the corn belt experienced during July and August, there is much concern about aflatoxin in corn.
There are even reports of aflatoxin being detected at some country elevators in grain samples. The following link to an article from Iowa State was recently published (this month in fact) to refresh our thoughts on this topic.
