Soybean rust moves north into Oklahoma for the first time; now in 18 counties in Texas

Bryan and Choctaw counties in SE Okla. were confirmed to have soybean rust in soybeans yesterday—making Oklahoma the 8th state to have rust this year and marking the northern-most progression of the disease this year.
